Job summary

Matrix Medical Network is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to conduct assessments in the comfort of patients’ homes primarily in Massachusetts. The role includes flexibility in scheduling and competitive pay based on assessments completed. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree, valid NP licensure, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in the state with prescription authority.
• 1 year of NP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments including medical history and diagnosis.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for patient education.
• Provide services at patients' residences and skilled nursing facilities.

Skills

Expertise in conducting health assessments

Strong communication skills

Ability to travel 80–90%

Familiarity with medical record software

Education

Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

Current NP licensure

BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification

AANP, AACN, or ANCC certification
