Job summary

Peace of Mind Duluth is seeking an ARMHS Practitioner to deliver in-home and community-based mental health rehabilitative services. You will manage your own caseload, engage clients from an empowerment, strength-based perspective, and implement person-centered practices to promote psychiatric stability and independent living skills.

The role involves completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and related documentation, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent people skills and be able to engage clients from an empowerment, strength-based perspective.
• Ability to develop trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Must be able to manage a caseload and complete required documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based mental health rehabilitative services to individuals.
• Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate documentation.
• Engage clients using person-centered practices and evidence-based approaches.
• Develop trusting therapeutic relationships and support independence.
• Complete Functional Assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
• Participate in group clinical supervision and meetings as required.
