Northern Pines Mental Health Center in Minnesota is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join our ARMHS team. The role focuses on teaching and supporting symptom management skills for adults with mental health conditions, in line with ARMHS and our center's philosophy.

You will work collaboratively with staff, document client progress, and provide transportation support as needed. Travel is required, and strong writing and computer skills are essential.

Formación

• 2,000 hours of supervised mental health services experience.
• Master's or related graduate degree in behavioral sciences.
• 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours plus practicum with adults or children.
• Strong writing and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license; travel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and support symptom management skills per ARMHS.
• Provide rehabilitative services to improve psychiatric stability and independence.
• Document client information and maintain charts.
• Transport clients to obtain necessities as per treatment plan.
• Collaborate with staff and providers; attend meetings as needed.
• Deliver services through individual or small group sessions.
