Job summary

Peace of Mind Duluth seeks an ARMHS Practitioner to provide in-home and community-based mental health rehabilitative services. You will support individuals with empowerment and person-centered care, while managing a caseload and building trusting relationships.

Responsibilities include completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and participating in supervision. Travel locally is required with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based mental health rehabilitative services.
• Manage your own caseload.
• Engage clients from an empowerment, strength-based perspective.
• Utilize person-centered practices and build trusting relationships.
• Complete Functional Assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
• Participate in group clinical supervision and meetings.
• Apply skills from Illness Management & Recovery and other evidence-based practices.
