Job summary
Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver community-based services to adults in the ARMHS program. The role is onsite at our Coon Rapids clinic with flexible scheduling in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
You will work with adults, contribute to achievable goals, and provide in-home interventions. We welcome licensed professionals and those pursuing licensure, offering competitive pay and meaningful caseloads.
Qualifications
- Meets MN State Statute 245I.04.04 requirements for Behavioral Health Practitioner.
- Hold a Master's or another graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families in the home and community.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals.
- Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
