Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to support adult clients in ARMHS and provide in-home community services in Bloomington, MN. This non-exempt role offers a flexible schedule with onsite work at primary clinics and supportive supervision within a large Midwest behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral sciences field.
• Bachelor’s with 2,000 hours supervised mental health experience.
• Required supervised hours include practicum/internship with adults/children.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and families in home or community.
• Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work to meet them.
• Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
