Job summary

Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) in Minnesota is hiring Mental Health Practitioners for ARMHS/CTSS to provide in-home services in Dakota and Ramsey Counties. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities and aims to support diverse client needs in community settings.

You will deliver skills training, build therapeutic relationships, and coordinate care with clients' teams in a supportive work environment that values professional growth and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field; 2,000 supervised hours.
• Completes 30 hours of additional training on mental illness and recovery.
• 30 hours of training on de-escalation, co-occurring disorders, and psychotropic medications and side effects.

Responsibilities

• Provide ARMHS and CTSS training in community settings.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and teach skills.
• Establish personal recovery and rehabilitative goals with clients.
• Complete session documentation for each visit.
• Coordinate services with the client’s treatment team.
