Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to serve adult clients in home and community settings in Minnesota. The role offers onsite work, flexible scheduling, and both full-time and part-time options within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet MN State Statute 245I.04.04 behavioral health practitioner qualifications.
• Provide in-home and community-based services.
• Experience with adults and families preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or families in home or community.
• Identify goals for functional improvement and assist clients to meet them.
• Design and implement in-home treatment/interventions customized to client needs.
