Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System in Atlanta, GA seeks a Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales) to lead in-home consultations and design tailored kitchen and bath solutions. If you’re already closing $1M+ annually in residential remodels, you deserve a better platform, with higher earnings and pre-qualified, high-intent homeowners.

Earn up to 15% commission plus up to 3% on self-generated work, monthly bonuses up to $10K, and a profit-sharing path after 5 years.

Qualifications

• Experience closing high-value residential remodels (e.g., $1M+ annually).
• Ability to manage and convert in-home consultations into signed contracts.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions
• Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
• Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
• Help create raving fans and generate referrals
• Maintain strong client communication and drive repeat business
