Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales) to lead high-value, in-home consultations and close turnkey remodeling projects. The role offers $150K–$300K+ earnings with pre-qualified leads and no caps, plus performance bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities after 5 years.

You will leverage a proven sales process, manage from first visit to signed contract, and work with design tools like 20/20 Design to deliver tailored kitchen/bath solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have closing experience in kitchen/bath remodeling (ideally $1M+ annually).
• Ability to manage the full sale from first appointment to signed agreement.
• Familiarity with design tools such as 20/20 Design or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design + investment decisions.
• Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions; own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement.
• Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals.
