Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodeling with demonstrated revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Able to work with in-home clients and present design-driven solutions.
• Willing to follow a proven consultative sales process and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales in prospects' homes using a consultative sales process.
• Gather project-related product information to present client solutions.
• Prepare full kitchen/bath remodel renderings using 20/20 Design or similar software.
• Create proposals and materials to close sales.
• Communicate with clients throughout the process and celebrate successful outcomes.
• Attend in-person weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
