Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ in residential remodeling sales.
• Experience leading in-home design consultations and presenting tailored kitchen/bath solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through design and investment decisions.
• Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions.
• Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement.
• Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals.
• Help create raving fans and scale client satisfaction.
