Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in design or related field.
• 23 years in sales or interior design with residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and clients to understand style, lifestyle, and home vision.
• Design spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and decor.
• Provide professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
• Create cohesive looks that balance comfort, style, and functionality.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure excellent client experience.
