Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking an Interior Designer for its La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. You will lead in-home design consultations, translate client needs into compelling design concepts, and support sales teams with design expertise.

This role offers a base plus uncapped commission, training with base pay, and opportunities to earn through performance bonuses. Location: Springfield, PA; healthcare and retirement benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design, residential focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD software; strong interpersonal and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the In-Home Design program and present customized portfolios.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and space.
• Coach sales teams to elevate design culture and product knowledge.
• Create cohesive design concepts using premium furnishings, fabrics and décor.
