The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and ongoing design training, in a showroom-turned-design studio environment, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and computer-aided design software; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized design solutions.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and space.
• Coach and support sales teams to improve design culture and product knowledge.
