Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven design sensibility for spaces and furnishings.
• Experience in design, home furnishings or client-focused retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the In-Home Design program and present customized solutions.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs.
• Coach and support sales teams to improve design culture and product knowledge.
• Translate lifestyle, taste and budget into actionable design recommendations.
