Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Springfield, PA is seeking an Interior Designer to translate client needs into actionable design concepts, conduct in-home consultations, and support sales teams with design expertise.

You will partner with Store and Sales Managers, design spaces using premium furniture and décor, present cohesive portfolios, and drive sales while earning uncapped commissions and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or sales
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD design tools

Responsibilities

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized portfolios
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs
• Provide design consultations including layout planning and product recommendations
• Create design concepts and translate lifestyle, taste, and budget into actionable recommendations
• Partner with Store and Sales Managers to coach and support sales teams
