Job summary

La-Z-Boy Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer for the Gulf market. You will design spaces, present personalized portfolios, and conduct in-home consultations to translate client needs into inspired concepts.

Role involves coaching stores on design, leveraging CAD, and aligning with brand standards. Training starts at $20/hr with uncapped commission and a pathway to $60k–$90k+ annual earnings after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design with residential emphasis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the In-Home Design program and present customized portfolios.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and vision.
• Coach and support sales teams to improve design culture and product knowledge.
• Translate lifestyle and budget into actionable design recommendations.
• Ensure operational execution and adherence to brand standards.
