La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring an Interior Designer for the In-Home Design program in Shiloh, IL. You will translate client needs into design concepts, conduct in-home consultations, and support sales teams with design expertise to boost store performance.

You’ll design spaces with premium furnishings and décor, provide professional design consultations, and build cohesive looks that blend comfort with style and function. Training and uncapped commission opportunities accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design, residential emphasis preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CAD tools, financial understanding, and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and draft design solutions.
• Present customized portfolios and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand space, style, and budget; coach sales teams on design.
