Sorenson Communications is seeking a devoted Installer/Trainer to help people with hearing loss stay connected by training customers on the CaptionCall phone in their homes. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with potential for career growth, including installation, troubleshooting, and hands-on education of features.

Travel is Less than 25% and benefits include mileage reimbursement, tablet and phone provided, plus opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to drive and travel by air as needed.
• Tailor to unique needs of individual customers.
• Must be reliable, organized and punctual.
• Adapt to changing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist Outreach Specialist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and expand the reach of the business.
• Meet or exceed Installer/Trainer goals set by management.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
• Retrieve and clean phones of former customers.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Adapt to new responsibilities as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
