Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC's CaptionCall division is seeking a caring installer/trainer to help people with hearing loss connect with the world. This part-time, in-home role installs CaptionCall phones and trains customers to use them confidently.

You will work independently, with some evenings and weekends required, and enjoy mileage reimbursement, a tablet/phone, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match, TeleDoc, dental/vision, EAP, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English in person and written form.
• Willingness to travel to customers' homes and drive regularly.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting senior customers is a plus.
• Basic computer and mobile device familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones at customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on device use and features.
• Promote CaptionCall services during visits.
• Assist with lead generation when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete reports.
