Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an in-home Installer/Trainer on a part-time basis. The role involves hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and training customers to maximize the CaptionCall phone’s features.

The schedule is flexible, allowing independent work with travel to customers’ homes. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and experience in the hearing health field.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication with customers and peers.
• Ability to train customers in using devices and features.
• Willingness to travel and visit customers in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports.
