Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to help customers in their homes learn to use CaptionCall phones. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and potential for growth, with opportunities to train customers and promote CaptionCall services.

The role involves in-home training, basic tech setup, and occasional travel, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to diverse clients including seniors.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field is beneficial.
• Experience working with senior citizens is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events.
• Complete service calls and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
• Maintain customer records and required reports.
