Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites, under supervision. You will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care following the physician's plan and document care in real time.

Responsibilities include initiating treatments, educating patients and families, coordinating with the clinical team, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and agency policies. A current RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and nursing documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and administers basic nursing care per physician plan in patients' homes.
• Documents care in real time and coordinates with the clinical team.
• Educates patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
• Assesses patient status during visits and reports changes promptly.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to HIPAA and agency policies.
• Participates in on-call coverage and supervisory activities as needed.
