Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in patients' homes or alternate infusion sites. The nurse works under close supervision to ensure patient safety with a physician's plan of care.

The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel as needed for home visits. BSN is preferred, and previous infusion experience is a plus. This position emphasizes documentation, patient education, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0-2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• BSN preferred by employer.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care for home patients.
• Provides direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real-time for billing and continuity.
• Communicates with clinical team, medical providers, and families.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares patient instructions.
