Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites, following a physician's plan of care under close supervision. You will initiate treatments, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.

Must hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have 0–2 years infusion nursing experience. Willingness to travel and use electronic records, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required (in-person class per policy).
• Infusion nursing experience preferred (0–2 years mentioned).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, educates patients and families.
