Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or other infusion sites. You will follow a physician's plan of care under close supervision, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, documenting care in real-time, educating patients and families, coordinating with the clinical team, and supporting discharge planning as needed. A current RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0-2 years infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home or infusion site per physician plan.
• Administer treatments, educate patients/families, and document care.
