Job summary

Naven Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse I to provide competent, patient-centered care in the home or alternate infusion site. You will work under supervision to deliver treatments, educate patients, and ensure safety per physician orders.

Essential duties include documenting care in real-time, coordinating with the clinical team, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and agency policies. A BSN is preferred, with 0–2 years infusion experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to operate computer systems and EMR.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and manages basic nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures timely submissions for billing.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instructions for home care.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA, policies, and state/federal regulations.
