Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in homes or infusion sites under supervision. You will administer treatments, educate patients and families, and document care per physician orders, ensuring safety and quality in every visit.

The role requires an active RN license, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel 100%. Training will cover policy, HIPAA, and home-care protocols.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides direct patient care in home or infusion site, performs treatments and educates patients/families.
• Communicates with physician orders, verifies plan of care and documents changes promptly.
• Prepares and documents care in real-time and coordinates with the Clinical team.
• Supports discharge planning and provides follow-up information as needed.
