Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites under physician orders. You will operate under close supervision while ensuring patient safety and adherence to the plan of care.

The role focuses on initiating treatments, assessing status, educating patients and families, and maintaining thorough clinical documentation for billing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with current licensure.
• Experience in home infusion nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care and administers medications per physician orders.
• Assesses patient status during visits and revises plan based on changes in condition.
• Provides patient and family education to promote independence with prescribed therapy.
• Documents care in real time and communicates with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and accurate billing.
