You will present customized comfort options, discuss energy efficiency and financing, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC or in-home sales.
• Ability to educate customers on options and financing.
• CRM experience and strong closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and comfort concerns.
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess existing HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing programs, warranties, and available solutions.
• Design and present customized comfort solutions based on the homeowner’s needs and budget.
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Manage the sales process from lead appointment through signed agreement and installation handoff.
• Maintain accurate customer records, estimates, and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Generate referrals and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold our reputation for integrity and quality service.
