Job summary
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills. This is not a traditional HVAC technician role; we diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions.
You will present financing options, generate memberships, and complete ServiceTitan documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer communication skills; comfortable presenting options.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options.
- Educate homeowners and build customer trust.
- Present financing options when appropriate.
- Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities.
- Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle.
- Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
