Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced in-home sales professional to drive equipment replacements and service solutions. You will present options, explain installation details, and offer transparent pricing to homeowners.

You’ll conduct pre-scheduled in-home appointments, build relationships, assess customer needs, and present financing to close deals. Some weekends are required; a valid driver's license and clean driving record are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• You’ll present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• All appointments are set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.
• Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently.
• Schedule will include some weekends
