Job summary

Aire Serv of Central Illinois is hiring a full-time Sales & Home Comfort Advisor in a hybrid role, combining sales and business development for in-home HVAC solutions. You will learn our business, develop customer relationships, and progress toward more in-home consultations with commission potential.

The position offers a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 plus commissions, performance bonuses, and company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer-service, account-management, or business-development is preferred.
• Willingness to train and grow into larger in-home sales responsibilities.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to build trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on estimates and interest in services.
• Reconnect with past customers to identify HVAC or indoor-air-quality needs.
• Contact qualified prospects via phone, email, text and other channels.
• Build relationships with homeowners and generate referral opportunities.
• Train alongside a Home Comfort Designer and run in-home sales appointments as needed.
• Provide clear options without high-pressure tactics and convert opportunities.
• Track follow-up activity, appointments, and self-generated leads.
