Complete Comfort is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. You will assess existing systems, present replacement options, and guide customers from consultation to close.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC or in-home sales, with strong presentation and negotiation skills. The role includes base salary plus commission, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits, with growth opportunities in a family-owned HVAC company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC sales or in-home consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products in simple, customer-friendly terms.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at in-home appointments.
• Assess existing HVAC systems and identify needs.
• Present heating and cooling solutions tailored to customer priorities.
• Explain equipment options, warranties, financing, and project details.
• Build professional proposals and present pricing clearly.
• Guide customers through decision-making and purchasing process.
• Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain an organized personal pipeline and appointment schedule.
• Record interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for handoff.
