Dave’s World is seeking a Comfort Advisor in Windham, ME to help homeowners select HVAC solutions through in-home consultations. You will assess existing systems, propose replacements or upgrades, and present financing options to close sales.

The role emphasizes building trust, guiding customers through options, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand comfort needs, concerns, and goals.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Confidently present recommendations and ask for the sale.
• Follow up with customers to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
• Work closely with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.
• Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.
