Job summary

Dave's World in Augusta, ME is seeking a Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners in their homes, assess HVAC needs, and guide customers through heating and cooling options. You will build trust, present tailored solutions, and guide customers toward the right purchase while partnering closely with installation and office teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrates strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile tech.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowners' comfort needs and goals.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and opportunities for upgrades.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing.
• Build trust and relationships with homeowners through the sales process.
• Present recommendations and ask for the sale.
• Follow up to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with installation, service, and office teams for a smooth experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.
• Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and processes.
