Dave’s World is hiring a Comfort Advisor in Augusta, ME to guide homeowners through HVAC options and build trust during in-home consultations. You will evaluate systems, present tailored heating and cooling solutions, and drive the sales process from interest to close.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and strong customer communication, with uncapped earning potential and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand comfort needs and goals.
• Evaluate HVAC systems and identify opportunities for upgrades.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Explain equipment options, pricing, and financing clearly.
• Build trust and relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with installation, service, and office teams.
