Job summary

Dave’s World in Presque Isle, ME is seeking a Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowners’ comfort needs, and guide them through HVAC options. You’ll present customized heating, cooling, and IAQ solutions, clearly explain pricing and financing, and build trusted relationships to close sales.

Expect uncapped earning potential in a team-focused setting. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand comfort needs and goals.
• Evaluate HVAC systems and identify replacement/upgrades opportunities.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and IAQ solutions.
• Explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing.
• Build trust and relationships with homeowners through the sales process.
• Present recommendations and ask for the sale.
• Follow up to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain CRM data and customer records.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with installation, service, and office teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.
• Stay current on HVAC products, financing, and company processes.
