Dave’s World in Windham, ME is seeking a Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home consultations, assess customers' comfort needs, and present heating and cooling solutions. You will guide homeowners through options, pricing, and financing while building trust throughout the sales process.

The role requires strong communication, CRM use, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays in a performance-based environment, with uncapped earning potential and company-provided vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their comfort needs, concerns, and goals.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Clearly explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Confidently present recommendations and ask for the sale.
• Follow up with customers as needed to move opportunities toward completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
• Work closely with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity.
• Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.
