Dave's World is seeking a customer-focused Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through HVAC options during in-home consultations. You will assess existing systems, present tailored heating, cooling, and air quality solutions, and clearly explain financing options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present solutions clearly and confidently ask for the sale.
• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand comfort needs and goals.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement or upgrades.
• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing clearly.
• Build trust and relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Follow up to move opportunities toward completion and maintain CRM records.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with installation, service, and office teams for a smooth experience.
