Total Comfort / American Residential Services in Midlothian, TX is seeking an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative (Comfort Advisor). You will meet homeowners, evaluate existing systems, and present customized replacement solutions to improve home comfort.

This performance-driven, one-call close role offers company-generated warm leads, 3–4 appointments daily, and an uncapped commission structure. Training salary transitions to a draw, with weekly settlements and a take-home vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing.
• Access HVAC equipment located in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during the consultation.
• Close sales in a one-call close sales environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff.
