Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking veterinarians for in-home hospice and euthanasia in Fort Worth, Benbrook, Saginaw, and surrounding Texas areas. If you want autonomy, meaningful family relationships, and the ability to practice end-of-life veterinary care with intention, this mobile role offers such freedom.

You will provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and compassionate euthanasia, travel between appointments, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree required.
• Active veterinary license in Texas or eligibility.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel between appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia services.
• Travel to scheduled appointments in a mobile veterinary setting.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Heartstrings team and refer veterinarians.

Education

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
