Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs and nursing status.
• Implements plan of care and coordinates patient care with other disciplines.
• Documents patient care delivery, status, and response to treatment in a timely manner.
• Counsels and educates the patient and family on healthcare needs and nursing procedures.
• On-call duties may be assigned based on location and agency needs.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
