Job summary

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of service and licensure must be maintained.
- Valid state driver’s license is required.
- At least 1 year of acute medical/surgical nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- If hired before 9/28/2026, CPR is required on hire; if after, BLS within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial needs following Standards of Nursing Practice and Agency policies.
- Assess patient/family learning needs and tailor information delivery.
- Collaborate with patients, families and care team for treatment planning and discharge.
- Document patient data timely and accurately in the patient record.
