Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for members and assess medical history and current health status.
• Travel locally to visit patients in their homes within licensed states.
• Perform diagnostic and preventive services as indicated by health plans (e.g., spirometry, screenings).
• Use an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing medications or altering treatment plans.
