Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Per Diem Physician to perform In-Home Health Evaluations. Visits occur in members' homes, with a focus on assessments, reviews, and making connections to appropriate care. Travel within licensed states is expected, and virtual visits may be required.

Licensed physicians (MD/DO) will provide evaluations, document findings, and coordinate with health plans and PCPs. This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and per-visit compensation.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
