Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home health evaluations at patient's residence.
• Perform medication and medical history review and physical evaluation.
• Provide additional diagnostic tests as ordered by health plan when applicable.
• Travel locally and within licensed states; may conduct virtual visits as needed.
