Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient rehabilitation in the patient’s home across the United States. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs in a home setting, collaborating with a rehab team and caregivers.

The role emphasizes patient education, safe home exercise programs, and progress documentation, with a flexible schedule supporting in-home visits across diverse living environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the U.S.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent plus applicable licensure.
• Foreign degree evaluation may be required for non-U.S. credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in the patient's home.
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Coordinate referrals with rehab team and other disciplines.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Promote safe home environments and patient independence.
