Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of NP experience.
• Current NP licensure with prescription authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including medical history and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient education.
• Provide services at members' homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills and familiarity with health/medical record software

Ability to travel up to 80‑90%

Education
